Take notice that the Town of Cobalt passed by-law 2025-13 on April 29, 2025.
The zoning by-law amendment rezones a portion of the property from Institutional (I) to Institutional Exception 2 (I-2) to permit a fitness facility in the former church building on the property.
No comments were received as a result of the public notification process for this application.
No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the by-law was passed, the person or public body made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the council or, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
The last date for filing a notice of appeal is May 19, 2025. An appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Town of Cobalt, must set out the reasons for the appeal, and must be accompanied by the fee required by the Ontario Land Tribunal.
