Parents registering their children for sports within the City of Temiskaming Shores may qualify for reimbursement of the Out of Town User Fee portion of the registration fee.
The following information is required and can be mailed to P.O. Box 70, Cobalt ON P0J 1C0 or emailed to [email protected]:
- a copy of your enrolment for showing
- out of town user fee
- name of child
- sport
- receipt showing proof that user fee has been paid and include the following:
- a current mailing address
- a current phone number
Processing payment can take up to 4 weeks and a cheque will be mailed to the address provided.
